Invigorating yin yang style extended practice incorporating playful synthesis of Yoga (mixed Hatha & Vinyasa) and Pilates, followed by a sedative combination of Myofascial Release techniques and Yin Yoga rebounds, accompanied by Sound. This curative fusion invites exploration of bodily sensations and postural habits, readying both mind and body for a calmer state of rest and healing. Our combination 75min classes give you an opportunity to linger longer and integrate, rather than rushing off and onto the next.
