Collective Restore

Unwind and connect with a calmative 45 min practice of breathwork and meditation.


Service Description

Unwind and connect with other like-minded members at our community Restore session. This gentle practice is an introduction or refresher to beginner Pranayama: Breathwork and Meditation. Join us afterwards for a light and nourishing shared meal with your neighbours – as we embody this Belonging we’re growing within our little collective.
