Revive

Engage in Reviving practices such as Yoga and Pilates offer a range of benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. These modalities are also a fun combination to better reduce stress, enhance body awareness, promote detoxification, and boost mood and energy levels.

Release

Myofascial Release is a self-paced bodywork suitable for all ages and abilities, designed to assist in managing temporary or chronic aches and pains—tension acquired within deep tissue layers due to overuse, underuse, injury, or illness. We use props and massage tools to effectively remobilize, rehydrate, and renew connective tissues and joints of the body, which may trap free nerve endings and contract around important organ systems. Picture self-massage, soft shapes, and rehydrating rebounds to effectively detangle the body.

Pranayama: Breathwork and Meditation, like gentle streams flowing through the soul, bring calmness and clarity to the mind. With each breath, we find center, peace, and renewed strength. Together, they form a sacred container for rest and reflection. Complete your session with the resonance of Sound and Yogic rest.

Collective Restore

Half-Price Class

Unwind and connect with other like-minded members at our Collective Restore class. This gentle practice is an introduction or refresher to beginner Pranayama: Breathwork and Meditation, followed by healing Sound in your Yogic rest. Join us afterwards for Collective Ritual - a light and nourishing shared meal with your neighbours – as we embody Belonging within community.

All classes are complimented by Ritual – a dedicated time to assimilate with your practice, connect and enjoy a thoughtfully curated in-house refreshments.

You're welcome to use your own mats, however all equipment necessary is provided in-studio, excluding towels and water bottles.
