"Together, we draw inspiration from the transformative power of mindfulness and movement, both in our own lives and in nourishing the lives of others."
A Collective Way is a bespoke in-home studio founded by kindred spirits Cindy Nguyen and Sarah Nguyen. Cindy offers expertise in Hospitality and Design, while Sarah is an accomplished Yoga facilitator based in Adelaide, South Australia.
We recognise that the rhythms of Modern living have made it increasingly challenging to embrace the “simple moments” with genuine presence, essential for a more joyful and fulfilling life. A Collective Way is more than a studio space; we’re a movement focused on filling your own cup, so you can pour into others. We hope by nurturing the individual, we effectively uplift the collective’s resilience and wellbeing in a world of constant change.
In warmth and wellness,
Cindy & Sarah

From my earliest memories, I observed my parents welcoming guests with open arms, offering fruit and tea as tokens of hospitality. Conversations flowed freely, and time seemed to stand still in those moments of connection. This tradition of warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on me.
As an adult, I embarked on adventures backpacking, traveling, and living abroad, immersing myself in diverse cultures and traditions. I exchanged stories and shared home-cooked meals with locals, each experience enriching my understanding of the world and deepening my sense of belonging.
These encounters became my sanctuary, my feeling of home no matter where I was in the world. This sparked my love for daily rituals - of early morning meditation, yoga, and nature walks, always concluding with a comforting beverage that nourished my spirit and enriched my love for life.
For a long time, I’ve dreamt of creating spaces where others might also discover this same sense of connection, belonging, and joy. Through my culinary delights and homely offerings, I invite you to join me on this journey of exploration, savouring flavours, and celebrating life's simple pleasures.

As a mother to one wilding daughter and lover of artistic expression, I navigate life with both contemplation and curiosity. Intrigued by the beauty of this earth and the mysteries of the cosmos, I search for wonder in every moment.
I first discovered Yoga for its rehabilitative benefits as an avid mover – from dance to kickboxing and gym training. Following the transformative experience of childbirth, I left corporate communications to pursue the holism of a Yoga teacher training. Initially an opportunity to reconnect with myself postpartum, this experience ignited a passion and purpose beyond mere self-understanding. My practice has served as a lighthouse to land, through life's seasons of uncertainty, celebration, and challenges.
I continue to teach as a reflection – to the power within transitions, the breath that guides and shapes, and the moments where we find awe in complete surrender. In my classes, I integrate the depth of Yoga with the vitality of movement, guiding you on a path of mindful self-inquiry (svādhyāya) and offering fresh perspectives on what resonates deeply with you.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted with respect for Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the wisdom of the Vedas, the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the East, and harmoniously integrated with contemporary evidence-based research on Yoga, meditation, anatomy, and physiology from the West.
With extensive training across various disciplines since being certified in 2020, I facilitate classes and events in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Myofascial Release, and specialised in Pre/Postnatal and Childbirth Education. I am so appreciative of all those before me and beside me running small heartfelt businesses, and paving the way for fellow seekers across Adelaide communities to continue to discover and find belonging.
